Art Hounds: Americana, Classical, Bow And Dance

Vermont musician Bo Thayer performs at Paramount Theater in Rutland as part of the 802 Music Series.

  Americana music in Tinmouth, the classical "B"s in Montpelier, Vermonter Bow Thayer in Rutland and DanceFest in Castleton.

Friday, April 22 7:30 p.m.: Southern Maine group, Hilton Park plays Americana music as part of the Old Firehouse Concert Series, as recommended by Nelson Jaquay.

Saturday, April 23 at 7:30 p.m. at the Unitarian church in Montpelier and Sunday, April 24 at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Burlington: Capital City Concerts presents the Walsh-Drucker-Cooperplaying Beethoven, Brahms and Bach as recommended by Eric Zencey a writer from Montpelier.

Thursday, April 28 at 7 p.m.: The third installment of the 802 Music Series features Bo Thayer at Paramount Theater in Rutland, suggested by volunteer Tess Doty.

Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30: DanceFest Vermont, Castleton University, recommended by Gary  Schmidt, music teacher at Green Mountain College.
