Art Hounds: Art Hike, Ghost & Castle Creek

Lisa Buckton, a librarian at Fletcher Free Library in Burlington suggested M.T. Anderson's, Symphony For The City Of The Dead, a talk about his book of the same name on Thursday, March 31 at 7 p.m., followed up by a performance by members of the Burlington Chamber Orchestra performing Shostakovich's '8th String Quartet.'Mike Reilly from Shelburne suggested the Syracuse-based band Castle Creek at Nectar's in Burlington on Tuesday, April 5 at 9 p.m.

Victoria Crain, an arts reporter for the Rutland Herald recommended the Rutland Art Symposium Hike on Saturday, April 2 at 10 a.m., beginning at the Castleton Downtown Gallery Annex.

Musician Jim Eichelberger from East Fairfield recommended Michael Hurley in concert at the Meetinghouse On The Green as part of the Summer Evenings With Vermont Treasures music series, beginning on Tuesday, April 19th at 7 p.m.

Musical theater director Joanna Sumner of Roxbury suggested Ghost, The Musical at Northfield Middle School from April 7 through 9 at the Mary Granai Corrigan Auditorium in Northfield.
