Art Hounds: Craft Tour And Sounds Of The Season

After the tofurkey and pie and leftovers and football, here are some arts events to be grateful for this holiday weekend and beyond.

Friday, Nov. 25 through Sunday, Nov. 27 in Putney: 38th Annual Putney Craft Tour, suggested by Judy Fink from Dummerston and Marilyn Phillips of Middletown, CT

Friday, Dec. 2 at 5 p.m. at T.W. Wood Art Gallery in Montpelier: 'Making Thought Visible'exhibit of Michael Strauss suggested by George Longenecker from Middlesex.

Saturday, Dec. 3 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 4 at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Burlington: 'Glorious Sounds of the Season' Bella Voce Holiday Concert, recommended by Anita Lotto from Cambridge.

 Sunday, Dec. 4 at 3 p.m. at CVU High School in Hinesburg: Joe Lovano Jazz Concertwith the jazz saxophone legend and singer Judy Silvano plus Vermont musicians Jamie Masefield and Michael Arnowitt, suggested by Emily Anderson of Colchester.
