Art Hounds: Readings, Jazz & Art-Lined Streets

Lauri Berkencamp of Strafford recommended the Tuesday evening readings by noted authors, poets and playwrights at the Strafford Town House. The next reading is Tuesday, August 14th at 7 p.m. with Jeff Sharlet and Dartmouth's student journalists.

Musician James Eichelberger suggested Colin McCaffreyin concert as part of the Summer Evenings With Vermont Treasures at the Old Meeting House on the Green in East Fairfield. McCaffrey performs on Sunday, August 17th at 7 p.m.

Ellen Bethea of Fletcher organizes a group called Poetry People and she recommended the Sixth Annual Festival of the Arts in Jeffersonville, featuring over 40 artists this Saturday from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m.
