Happy Pi(e) Day!

The VPR Staff couldn’t resist a bit of social time this afternoon to enjoy some delicious pie in honor of everyone’s favorite number, 3.14159.

Included in the lineup of delights was banana cream, strawberry rhubarb, sweet potato, bacon quiche, and two key lime pies.

Robin Turnau shared her super-simple recipe for key lime pie below. What’s your favorite pie recipe? Share it with us in the comments, and happy Pi(e) Day!

Mix together:
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
3 egg yolks

Pour filling into a homemade or store bought graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
