Fifteen-thousand Vermonters who are enrolled in the state's Health Care Exchange, Vermont Health Connect, can't change any of their information at the website. That was one of the frustrations that lawmakers wanted answers to last week, when representatives of Governor Peter Shumlin's administration gave them an overview of attempts to fix the web portal.
