Pianist Benjamin Grosvenor comes to the Mahaney Center for the Arts Concert Hall at Middlebury College Tuesday at 7:30 pm for a solo program of Mendelssohn, Schubert, Schumann, Ravel, and more. Benjamin is a recent graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, where he was awarded the 'Queen's Commendation for excellence." He has also been named Grammophone Magazine's Young Artist of the Year and has been featured in two BBC documentaries.
Benjamin joined VPR Classical's Joe Goetz by phone to discuss his career to date and his Middlebury College program.
