Activists and some lawmakers say Vermont should legalize marijuana, as Washington state and Colorado have done. Late last week, a state-commissioned study from the Rand Corporation was released, which delves into the policy questions Vermont would have to decide if it chooses to legalize pot.

We talk with the report's lead author, Beau Kilmer, about issues like standardization, regulating edibles and pricing, among other questions that the report raises. Also i n the program, Sen. Joe Benning and Rep. Vicki Strong give us their opinions on whether Vermont should move forward with legalization.

Broadcast live on Mon., Jan 19, at noon; rebroadcast at 7 p.m.
