Tuesday on Vermont Edition, we look at how locally grown wheat, spelt and rye, among other grains, are seeding a new agricultural sector in Vermont. Our guests include Heather Darby of UVM's Extension Service, and Jack Lazor, whose new book is "The Organic Grain Grower: Small-Scale, Holistic Grain Production for the Home and Market Producer."
