Regional Report: Ferrisburgh Upset About Act 250 Process

Act 250, Vermont's land use law, has been in the news again lately. The town of Ferrisburgh is raising questions about the process after a second deal to sell a town-owned parcel to a developer has fallen through.

Andy Kirkaldy has been following that story for the Addison Independent and he spoke with VPR's Peter Biello for our Friday Regional Report.

His work has won several Associated Press awards and has appeared on NPR's All Things Considered, Weekend Edition, and PRI's This American Life. A graduate of the creative writing program at the University of Maine at Farmington, Peter enjoys writing, cooking and traveling.
