Regional Report: Vernon Rejects School Budget, Elected Auditors

It's been a contentious week in Vernon. The small southern Vermont town that's been struggling to re-shape itself following the closure of the Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant.

The town has also had to react to the resignation of two select board members this spring, and voters have twice rejected the school budget.

Mike Faher covers Vernon for the Brattleboro Reformer and he spoke with Mitch Wertlieb for our Friday Regional Report.
