Happy Birthday, Brahms AND Tchaikovsky!

May 7th is the birthday of both Johannes Brahms (1833-1897) and Pytor Illych Tchaikovsky (1840 - 1893).  With few exceptions, the two composers did not admire each other, but their music is loved by classical music fans today.

This afternoon, Joe Goetz presents works for string sextet by both composers.
