Our 20th annual Light Show, celebrating the winter solstice with songs about darkness, light, warmth, and the dark days of winter.

This program will air on Sunday December 20th from 7 - 10 p.m.

There are no folk music events scheduled for this week - but next week is a doozy!

Stories for a Winter's Eve, original Vermont Stories and Music by Pete Sutherland and Patti Casey with Mark Nash and Kathryn Blume, will be performed at the Old Meeting House in East Montpelier on Saturday December 19th at 3 and 7 p.m.

Welcoming in December (and also the first night of Chanukah) with the Fairfield Four, the amazingly talented Patton family from Bakersfield, VT, and all kinds of other musical treasures too.

The Stockwell Brothers bring their contemporary bluegrass and folk music to the Mole Hill Theatre in Alstead, NH on Friday, December 4 at 7:30 pm.

The Michele Fay Band comes to the Palmer Street Coffeehouse in Plattsburgh at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, December 4th.

Basking in the afterglow of Ry Cooder's appearance in Burlington with the Skaggs Family Band, being thankful, and playing lots of old favorites to help get us through troubled times.

There will be a contra dance sponsored by Muskeg Music on Saturday November 28th at Tracy Hall in Norwich with live music by Liz and Dan Faiella, and with David Kaynor calling.  Walkthrough for new dancers is at 7:30, and the dance begins at 8 p.m.
